The calculator that doesn't sell you its own tabs.
Every electrolyte brand runs a calculator that happens to recommend its own product. Ours recommends real food and bulk minerals at wholesale — dosed to your sweat, for about $2 a session — because that is what the math actually says. Here's the thesis, and honestly how we make money.
Get your number →One number is wrong for almost everyone in the room.
Sweat sodium varies about tenfold between people — roughly 200 to 2,000 mg in every litre. So a fixed-dose tab that pours 1,000 mg of sodium into every glass is far too much for a light sweater and not close to enough for a salty one. The popular products aren't bad; they're just one size, and sweat isn't.
The whole product is the opposite of a fixed dose: measure how you actually sweat, then hit exactly that. Run the calculator → or read the physiology behind it →.
Honestly, how we make money.
An electrolyte site that tells you to buy less has to be straight about its own incentives. Here they are, in full:
The calculator asks for nothing. No account, no email wall, nothing stored on our servers — your session lives on your own phone.
If you buy the ingredients we recommend, the links are Amazon affiliate links, so we earn a few cents on a mix you'd assemble once and reuse for months. That's most of our revenue, and it's tiny by design.
If you'd rather not measure and scoop, the planned Jar Kit (not open yet) would ship a blending jar sized for a month at your ratio, a calibrated scoop and a printed card; the minerals themselves would come sealed from their brands, never from us. And a hot studio or gym can host the Sweat Station so members get their number after class.
We don't manufacture anything, hold inventory, or sell a supplement line. There is no version of this where we get richer by telling you to drink more — which is exactly why the advice can stay honest.
It's a loop, not a lookup.
A one-time number is a guess. The real value is a number that gets more right over time. You estimate, you dose, and once — just once — you weigh in before and out after a session. From then on we keep your measured sweat rate and dose to it, and it converges. Watch the trend, not any single day's figure.
Accuracy is the whole brand.
Every figure on this site traces to a primary source — sweat-physiology trials and the mineral chemistry read straight off a label, not a marketing page. When we don't know something — like what you actually pay for your current drink, on sale or in bulk or at an airport — we ask instead of asserting, because quoting a price we haven't verified is how you end up confidently wrong in public. If you ever find a number here you can't source, that's a bug, and we want to hear about it.
Who it's for.
Runners & riders
Long, hot efforts where a two-hour session can cost several grams of sodium. Built with a distance runner.
Hot yoga, Pilates & sculpt
A calm-feeling class that drives endurance-race losses in a 105°F room. Same math, whatever the sign says.
Host a Sweat Station
A scale and a QR card by the changing rooms; members get their exact number on their own phone.
Teach the science
Fifteen-second scripts for after class. A referral code is planned, not open yet.
