Leave a mineral blank if the panel doesn't list it. Blank means "this product doesn't provide it" — we'll cover it from something else rather than pretend.

One level deeper, because it's the question this whole page rests on: is the label even true? We dose to what the panel says, so the panel had better be right. A plain single-ingredient powder from a maker that publishes a Certificate of Analysis — a third-party lab test of the actual bag — is the cheap end and the honest end at once. It's why bulk salt, potassium chloride and magnesium beat a proprietary blend on more than price: you can read exactly what's in them, and check.
