SweatSciences for teams

Your whole roster runs on one formula. Their bodies don't.

A squad shares a water cooler and a Gatorade jug, but sweat sodium varies about tenfold between athletes. The salty sweater who cramps at the conference meet isn't unlucky — he's under-replacing, and no coach can eyeball who. Give every athlete their own number, and stop guessing as a team.

The problem a team can't see.

Two runners on the same roster, same workout, same weather, can lose 200 vs 2,000 mg of sodium per litre of sweat. One generic bottle is too much for one and nowhere near enough for the other. It shows up as the athlete who fades in the last interval, the mid-season leg cramp, the kid who "just doesn't hydrate well" — all of it a math problem nobody measured.

What a team actually gets.

Honest about the model. If an athlete buys the cheap real-food-plus-bulk-minerals mix we recommend, the links earn us a small Amazon affiliate cut — that's it. We don't manufacture anything, or sell a supplement line. There's no version where the program pays us to tell its athletes to drink more.

Legal, private, and coach-safe.

LegalReal food and bulk minerals — salt, potassium, magnesium — not a branded supplement, so there's nothing proprietary to flag. Athletes under NCAA/USATF rules should still confirm any specific product with their compliance office.
PrivateBody weight never leaves the phone — only the computed loss. No accounts, no leaderboards, no individual data a coach or anyone else can see. The team report is anonymous totals only.
SimpleNo inventory, no accounts. A captain or coach shares one link or hosts one scale. That's the whole lift.

Educational only, not medical advice. If an athlete has high blood pressure, a cardiac or kidney condition, or is pregnant, they should consult a clinician before changing sodium intake.

Built with a distance athlete.

SweatSciences' distance science is written with Parker Warkentine, a collegiate distance runner — the same protocol, the same calculator, the same honest cost. If it's good enough to build a season around, it's good enough to hand your whole squad. See the distance work →
